ZASS AI does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

• Right to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention duties.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination: exercising a right never changes your price or service level.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@zassai.com with the subject “California Privacy Request” from the address on your account. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where permitted. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
