Not permitted

• Illegal activity of any kind, or using ZASS AI to plan unpermitted or unsafe work.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or abusive language toward people or our team.
• Spam, bulk automated requests or scraping the service.
• Posting false information, impersonating someone else or claiming ownership of a property that is not yours.
• Attempting to abuse, jailbreak, overload or reverse engineer the AI or its safeguards.
• Uploading malicious files, malware or content you do not have the right to share.
• Sharing an account, reselling access or bypassing plan limits.
• Fraud, stolen payment methods or deceptive chargebacks.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend the account or terminate it permanently without refund. Serious cases are reported to the appropriate authorities. If you believe an action was taken in error, appeal to support@zassai.com.
