Subscription Terms

Plans

• Free — $0 per month. One home profile, a limited number of AI conversations and the basic dashboard.
• Pro — $19.99 per month. Unlimited AI conversations, Property Intelligence, the Opportunity Engine, AI reports, life events, equity tracking, document storage and priority processing.
• Family — planned for a future release. It is not purchasable today and no charge can be made for it.

Billing cycle and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribed. Subscriptions renew automatically for another month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your renewal date is always shown on the Billing page.

Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

• Upgrading takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference for the current period.
• Downgrading to Free takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro features stay available until then.
• Cancelling schedules the subscription to end at the period end. You can resume before that date and nothing changes.
• Your data is not deleted when you downgrade. Pro features simply lock until you upgrade again.

Payment failures and retries

If a payment fails, your subscription becomes past due and we show a recovery banner on the Billing page. Stripe automatically retries the charge several times over roughly two weeks. If every retry fails the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the Free plan. Updating your card in the billing portal resolves it immediately.

Chargebacks and taxes

• Contact billing@zassai.com before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved the same day.
• Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is closed.
• Prices are shown excluding tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your billing location and appears on your invoice.
